Dear members of the Scrabble Association,

Notice is given that the 2026 Annual General Meeting of the Scrabble Association (SA) will be held at 6.30pm on 7 March 2026 at Ang Mo Kio Community Centre, after Day 1 of the Millennium Cup.

Agenda:

Ordinary Business

1. Matters arising.
2. To consider and adopt the minutes of the 2025 AGM.
3. Receive and adopt the President's Annual Report for the period 1 January to 31 December 2025.
4. To approve the Audited Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025.
5. To elect Committee members for a two-year term (2026-2028).
6. To elect two new Honorary Auditors for the year to 31 December 2026.
7. Any other business.

1. To consider and adopt the proposed amendments to the SA constitution (refer to attached documents).
