2023 SA Annual General Meeting | Notice and Agenda (18 March 2023, 6pm, JGCC)

Dear SA Members,

Kindly please note of a change in the date of our Annual General Meeting (from 19 March) to 18 March, Saturday, 6pm.

Notice is given that the 2023 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Scrabble Association will be held in person at 6 p.m. on Saturday 18 March 2023 at Jurong Green CC.

  1. Matters Arising

  2. To note report of the Committee for 2022.

  3. To consider and adopt the minutes of the 2022 Annual General Meeting. These were circulated by email.

  4. To approve the Audited Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022.

  5. The current Treasurer, Toh Wei Bin, must retire and the committee recommends that he be elected Secretary, and the current Secretary, Marlon Prudencio, be elected as Treasurer for the 2023-2024 term.

  6. To elect two new Honorary Auditors for the year to 31 December 2023. SA thanks Nidhi Singhvi and Shahrul Kamal for serving as Honorary Auditors for 2022. Please let us know if you would like to serve as Auditor for FY2023.

  7. Any Other Business
