Notice and Agenda

Notice is given that the 2011 Annual General Meeting of the Scrabble Association will be held at 6 p.m. on 13 March 2011 at Jurong Green CC after the close of the Lim Boon Heng Cup.

To consider and if thought fit adopt the minutes of the 2010 Annual General Meeting.
The minutes were published in the 2010 1Q issue of SA News.
To approve the accounts for the year ended 31 December 2010.
Should the accounts not be available before this issue goes to print they will be circulated to members initially by email and then at the meeting, and published in the next issue.
To elect a Treasurer.
Catherine Tong is kindly serving as Acting Treasurer beyond her allotted term as no candidate to succeed her has yet offered their services.
To elect two Honorary Auditors for the year to 31 December 2011.
SA thanks the Auditors for 2010, Marlon Prudencio and Low Bee Tiang.
Any other Business.
