Notice is given that the 2013 Annual General Meeting of the Scrabble Association will be held at 7 p.m. at Bull's Eye, HDB Nexus on Friday 22^nd March 2013 (not 2012 as wrongly noted in SA News).

To consider and adopt the minutes of the 2012 Annual General Meeting.
The minutes were published on page 30 of the 2011 4Q issue of SA News.
A committee election is not due until 2014. However, volunteers to take over certain offices are very welcome, especially that of the Acting Treasurer. Please let us know if you have any inclination to do so.
Matters Arising
To approve the Audited Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012.
The accounts will be circulated at the AGM if it is not possible to circulate them earlier.
To elect two new Honorary Auditors for the year to 31 December 2013.
Many thanks to Marlon Prudencio and Colin Lim for serving as Honorary Auditors for 2012.
